  • Holos Basecamp is located approximately 200km southwest of San José, Costa Rica’s capital. The nearest international airport is Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José. From there, you have several options to reach Basecamp:

    Group Ground Transportation (SJO to Basecamp) – Recommended

    We will provide a shared group shuttle for council members traveling from SJO to the property. This shuttle will be available on the arrival day and will transport guests directly to Basecamp. At the end of the retreat, a return shuttle will be available to take participants back to SJO.

    Additional Transportation Options

    • Domestic Flight (SJO to Quepos) – A 25-minute flight to Quepos/Manuel Antonio (XQP), where a shuttle will be waiting to bring you to the property. This requires booking a separate domestic flight via Sansa or Green Airways.

    • Charter Flight (SJO to San Isidro) – A privately chartered plane to San Isidro, followed by a shuttle to Basecamp. These planes seat between 8-12 passengers.

    • Helicopter (SJO to Basecamp) – A privately chartered helicopter can land directly at Basecamp. Helicopters seat between 5-7 passengers and provide a scenic, time-efficient journey.

  • This sacred convergence is set within the serene beauty of Holos, an intentional sanctuary nestled in the heart of Costa Rica. Our council members will be held in luxury Star Tents, thoughtfully designed to support deep presence, rest, and integration amidst the jungle canopy.

    Each suite is appointed with premium amenities and offers a range of options — from private king accommodations to shared queen suites for those arriving as partners or trusted allies. This environment is curated to nourish your nervous system, elevate your clarity, and ground you in the embodiment of your next chapter of leadership.

    This is an invitation-only leadership convergence. All logistical details, including accommodations and energetic preparations, will be shared directly with confirmed council members.
